1. General Terms & Conditions

Viptik (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Viptik and its members.

Viptik does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. For crypto deposits, blockchain network fees may apply.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method used. Most withdrawals are completed within 1–24 hours. Pending KYC verification may cause delays.

4. Bonus & Promotion Policy

Viptik offers a range of bonuses – welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses (typically calculated as deposit + bonus × specified multiplier)
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met

• Bonuses expire automatically once their validity period ends

Viptik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If any irregularity or bonus abuse is suspected, Viptik reserves the right to void the bonus and conduct an investigation.

5. Gaming Policy

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) – no manipulation involved
• The RTP (Return to Player) for every game is publicly disclosed
• Any winnings displayed due to a system error will be considered void
• If a game is cancelled due to a disconnection, the wager will be refunded
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game

Viptik reserves the right to add or remove games at any time. If a provider discontinues their service, the affected games may become temporarily unavailable.

6. Prohibited Activities
